Just 10 days to remove 4,000 m² of carpet during a deconstruction project with De Meuter. In total, more than 1,700 m² of carpet was recycled through Tarkett.

At Composil, we’ve worked closely with Tarkett for many years now. Our expertise in carpet cleaning and maintenance, certified by Tarkett itself, has allowed us to service thousands of workspaces across Europe. This positions us perfectly to collect used carpets directly from our clients. Tarkett then leverages its production and recycling expertise to transform these carpets into new raw materials.
At Composil, we make things easy. We handle everything: removing your carpets directly on-site, carefully sorting recyclable and non-recyclable tiles, and transporting them to Tarkett’s recycling facilities. There, the carpets are transformed into new raw materials.
You only pay for what’s actually recycled. Tiles suitable for reuse are reintroduced to the market, helping to reduce waste. The entire process is designed to be simple, efficient, and encourage recycling.
Recycling your carpets with Composil and Tarkett ensures they are recycled in the most effective way possible. Thanks to our dedicated teams and Tarkett’s facilities, every collected carpet is sorted and transformed to minimize waste.
Additionally, you receive a certificate detailing the exact amount of CO₂ saved through our recycling solution. It's straightforward, effective, and guarantees a tangible positive impact.
The carpets collected through our partnership with Tarkett are processed into granules, cleaned to remove adhesive residues and screed, and then reintroduced as raw material into Tarkett's manufacturing process.
